Q: What does it cost?
A: Cost start at $29.95 per month, less than one dollar per day.  Yearly subscriptions are available for $299.00.
Q: How many email subscribers can I send my newsletter to?
A:
Your capacity for subscribers at the rate of $29.95 per month is up to 2500.  Additional capacity for subcribers is available in blocks of 2500 for $10.95 per month. 
Q: How do you prevent people from recieving multiple copies of the newsletter from multiple sources?
A: Duplicate Email addresses cannot be uploaded into the system.  If you try to add an email address to your subscriber list that another user has, you will recieve an error code.
Q: I understand that now I can send newsletters to my previous contacts and clients but how does that benefit me?
A: Recipients of the newsletter will see your face and company image every month. You will be seen as the subject matter expert. Keeping in touch with people that already know you and your capabilities, translates into referral business. If you have a web site for your business, the link for it can be embedded into every issue of the newsletter that goes out. This makes it easy for people to remember how to contact you and also drives traffic to your web site.
Q: I don’t want my contacts to consider this as spam. Why is this not spam?*Spam stands for any unsolicited commercial email
A: There are several reasons. First, you will be sending the newsletter to people that you have already met and established a prior business relationship with (some of our users even ask for written permission to send the newsletter as a clause contained within their work contracts/agreements with their clients). Second, you can send the potential recipient an invitation to receive the newsletter and our servers will record that they have “opted-in” (given permission) for you to send the newsletter. Third, the newsletter is designed to promote you as a subject matter expert. There is not, nor will there ever be any form of advertising contained in the newsletter. Most recipients find the newsletter personal, anticipated and useful but just in case there is an unsubscribe button at the bottom of each newsletter.
Q: I have not been contacting my previous clients by email but I use report-writing software that has a place for me to input their email addresses. Can this help me in any way?
A: Good question. We have a number of users that have been able to export the email addresses of all of their previous clients from some type of software, whether it is report writing, estimating, customer contact, or just an email database. Once that data is converted into a TAB (tab delimited) or CSV (comma separated value) file, you can bulk upload all of it into the system in a matter of minutes.  You can even import directly from Excel spreadsheets and Access databases.
Q: When do you send the newsletter out?
A:
We send it out every month on the first Tuesday of the month.  After that,
users can send the newsletter out using our "send newsletter" feature anytime during the month.
Q: How do you accept payment?
A: We accept your subscription payment through PayPal. You can pay using most major credit cards or by echeck. When you sign up for the subscription, you will be billed at the current rate and sent a receipt. You have control to cancel at any time.
Q: I have been writing and sending my own newsletter for my business for some time now but frankly, I’m tired of the burden that comes with deadlines and creating content. I want to concentrate on what I do best which is run my business. I have quite a directory of home improvement articles that I have written. Can I use them in trade for your service?

Q: I am not very adept at using the computer. How difficult is the system to learn?
A: Once you have signed up, your profile information is automatically populated.  Uploading of email addresses is quite easy. We can help you if you get stuck but it is mostly self explanatory and very simple to use.
Q: I want to buy an email list to load into your system. Is that allowed?
A:
Ultimately, you are responsible for complying with legislation regulating spam. First and foremost, it’s just not worth the risk. Email addresses obtained from lists are usually not from persons that you have established a prior business relationship with. They are virtually worthless to you for this application and might get you into trouble. Keep in mind; the purpose of this system is to obtain referral business. While you might be tempted by the quantity of email addresses that you can buy in lists, they do not provide the value that a bona-fide “opted-in” email address does. Quality subscribers that want to receive your newsletter are more valuable than the quantity of subscribers. We reserve the right to cancel any users subscription that is found to be spamming.
